Asians who were born in Asia are extremely cheap tippers...
Probably because there are no tips in Asia.

The mindset is that you're working for me/business. Why should a customer have to compensate someone for doing the job you're expected to do?

One could argue Americans are wasteful tippers by tipping 15%.

Completely false.

1. Servers are paid a lower hourly wage, which helps keep business costs down which presumably gets passed down to the customers.

2. Servers actually have incentive to do a good job and provide good service.

1. Not in California. Even in other states, there are other suckers that pay 15+% tip so same shit.

2. Thanks for the laugh.

I don't believe in tip. If your boss hired you to be a server/waiter, that's your job. I have worked in retail and people tried to hand me tips and I refused every times. They just look embarrassed when I don't take it. Though, I do tip my barber, a lot too.
