Just how many cheap shots to the head did Franzen get in the last five minutes of that game? Come on Pens, show some class.

I'm speechless at the moment. What a pathetic showing by the penguins.

The first game was pretty good until halfway through the 3rd period. The second game was terrible in the 1st period, and got a little better in the 2nd. The only chances we are getting are on the PP, and osgood has been on fire stopping the occasional shot we throw his direction.

As much as you have to give credit to detroit for locking up the neutral zone, you have to give as much credit to the pens for blowing it. This is what happened to them time and time again in the regular season. They would go on a hot streak, and then become anemic on the offense for 3 or 4 games in a row. It's just a shame it had to happen now...

Series is over.

I don't think it mattered who they played in the Finals, the Soviets are just too good. The best shot the Pens had was for someone else to knock the Red Army team out.

Yes, I know they're Detroit, but those team colors just make me think they should have CCCP on the front of their red sweaters.
