That's why people that were registered party members nominated Mamdani in the primary and then elected him in the general election? Plenty of party members also came out in support. I guess it really means they secretly wanted Cuomo?

I'm talking about Democratic establishment politicians, not actual progressives stuck in the corrupt party apparatus. Please show me major establishment Dem figures who really tried to stop Cuomo, or who endorsed Mamadani, especially NYC ones. And no, Jeffries holding back his nomination while clearly being uncomfortable with Mandani, finally endorsing him the week before the election, doesn't count.

The amount of mental gymastics you need to do to defend the indefensible that is has been so obviously pointed out is astonishing. Similar to MAGA, though you are not evil like them, but in that same kind of cult-like way.
 
Lord what I would give to be able to kick the top ten establishment Dem senators in the nuts repeatedly. These people are insulting to humanity at this point. A bunch of Nazi enablers, cozy in their castles funded by corporate lobbyist dollars, and gave a solid assist to Trumpism come to fruition by being completely detached from the reality of what the GQP has been becoming for decades, nary a clue to warn us or fight them, with all the warning signs there. And then, the cherry on top, handing us Joe Fucking Biden in 2024, a senile old dolt who's ego also gave Trump a big assist. And now, they are more concerned with stopping progressives from helping ordinary Americans, because they are too busy helping to fund ICE.

I wish nothing but ill will towards the Dem establishment.

Bernie getting stonewalled should have told you everything and where the party was headed. The Democrats are done and finished.

Where are all these "decent" democrats and why have they not started a new party? Start now because republicans are going to be charge for a long time. This doesn't end with Trump.
