I can't wait to vote for Kamala Harris.

She's smart that she's making this election about Trump, not about being the first woman president.

And there's enough negativity about Trump that as long as she doesn't piss people off majorly and comes across as the rational alternative.. she might just pull it off.

In the very least on her weaknesses.. she covered her 6 with the she'll sign the bipartisan border bill that Trump torpedo'ed.

I think she threaded the gaza needle
No surprise, but she basically stated a maintenance of the Biden administration status quo.

If elected, I hope President Harris takes a tougher line with the Israeli government. At the very least, the Israeli PM needs to understand who is the junior partner in the alliance. I realize we can't force a cease-fire on both parties and I doubt one will be finalized before the election. Having said that, in 2025 we cannot condone the level of civilian casualties that Israel hand-waves away. It's not just heartbreaking, it's morally unacceptable. I say this as a relative centrist, and I'm not arguing for cutting off military aid completely. But realistically, that is the only way Israel might listen to what POTUS is telling them.

Right now, Bibi just laughs at us and DGAF because he knows he's getting his weapons anyway.

NYT Pitchbot: Kamala Harris gave the most powerful speech of her career, but was she too mean to Donald Trump? How this hurts her chance to win the presidency.

I agree but no way in fuck she can propose withholding military support to Israel before the election. But it's what they need to do because Israelis are acting with impunity because of it

I believe people have connected some dots, and it's Beyonce or Taylor Swift. Could 🤯 some folks if they both come out together.

Meh, I like Kinzinger but he's already got it wrong. The Democrats are way more patriotic than MAGAts.
Yeah, but he couldn't say that. Considering that they're brainwashed to oppose Democrats tooth and nail, saying they're equal was a win.

She killed it on abortion and loving who you want openly.
My favorite part was her embracing the persona, Kamala Harris for the People, explaining that she intends to continue what she started as a prosecutor as chief executive.

I wish Gretchen Whitmer divorced her Republican husband so I could have the pleasure of buying her a drink and totally not gaslight her on any of our dates.

Someone has issues. And why is there a sledgehammer at the ready? Staged for social media?
Those were my exact thoughts. And how is that that someone was making that video? Staged for sure.

In spite of my earlier doubts...her speech tonight won me over.

Kamala for President!

Kamala gave an awesome speech. Can't wait to vote for her!

GREAT speech!

That bit hit home with a lot of people. The audience went wild over it.

Damn I really can't comprehend how a couple could have such political differences and manage to be in a household. Let alone be a high profile politician. She did look pretty attractive on stage. Never paid attention to her before

To me her speech seemed relatively flat.

My grandfather and grandmother were political opposites. Granddad was a staunch Democrat. Having spent much of his adult life as a mail carrier, he was a strong union supporter. My grandmother on the other hand was a dyed-in-the-wool Republican. They fought like cats and dogs over politics...until she threw a salt cellar at him and broke his wrist when he put it up to block it from hitting him in the face...because he didn't support her candidate. They divorced shortly after that.
