Just to add a little more confusion.
I went to a different Best Buy last night and managed to get the price adjusted on the home adapter I bought Saturday by using my original $50 email coupon.
Just for fun, I went over to the car audio area and asked the sales guy if there was some sort of a coupon deal on a Delphi satellite radio. This time the answer was that the coupons apply to the adapters and not the receiver it's $129.99. -------- Different guy = different answer.
They still have the XM Radio flyers (not the little red wagon) with attached coupons in the store but the coupon does not list any of the Delphi stuff. Oddly, the bar code on the store coupon and the email coupon is identical and that is what they enter to apply the discount. So why would whatever is printed on it mater after that?
Go figure --
This line in the rebate requirements "This offer cannot be combined with other offers" is not good.
From that I get that unless you have a receipt showing a full price purchase of the receiver, you probably will not get the rebate. It also appears that they want the original receipt.
They enter the Radio ID on the receipt at Best Buy. That ID is also required on the rebate form.
They probably match ID numbers on the receipt and the form. It's also possible that the ID may not get entered depending on who sells it to you (installer, cashier or audio sales guy.)
God knows what might happen then.
It also requires activation in which case the ID would be used ----- with XM.
See for yourself -------- here's the rebate requirements:

Other than all that --- the gadget works great at home and in the office. Full strength signals off the repeaters.
If you don't care about the rebate, you may never have to activate because the demo channels change every time you power it up and you'll get a pretty good selection of channels by default.
The $49.99 Delphi modulator is due in the stores very soon and appears to be the best way to do a car install.
Will there be a deal on that? --- hmmm
