1. New Orleans Saints (10-6) People are writing off the saints due to their various suspension, but theres one thing that makes this team go, and hes still leading the offense Drew Brees. Also, dont forget what happened the last time a team was slammed with this many sanctions the 2007 Patriots went into FU mode and ran off a 18-1 season.

Niners have a pretty tough schedule this year and for them to snag 13 wins again probably won't happen, especially if they lose a divisional matchup against the Seahawks in Seattle.
Packers (away)
Lions
Giants
Saints (away)
Patriots (away)
Everything looks good except for the Colts and Texans. What a joke
Seahawks are going to win the NFC West.

Hmm. That might be a stretch. I mean, with how terrible the Rams and Cardinals should be, its easy to see them finishing with a winning record. The 49ers are still pretty solid, though. I'm not so sure Wilson is ready to take on their defense. If the defense keeps its game up, Lynch can still play / isn't suspended, and they keep pumping sound into the stadium*, they could make a run at it. I doubt it though. That said, football is a game of inches and good bounces, and last year a LOT of those things swung in San Fran's favor last year. Its very possible for them to go the other way.
*Seriously, I've been there. Its unbelievably loud but when you look around NO ONE is cheering, and when they do, its usually AFTER a false start. They love their reputation more than they love their team.
I just feel the 49ers played over their heads last year and had barely any games lost to injury (same for Detroit, to ICF's post above), and while they kept their defense completely intact, the offense doesn't look all that different, so if their defense and luck go down even a small fraction from where they were last year, Seattle could slip in there. Schedules look to be about the same, but I like Seattle at home more and I honestly like either of their QBs over Alex Smith so that should be enough to do it.

They did add Manningham and Moss to their offense. but I agree, not a huge difference maker.
Moss is done. I like Manningham enough, but less so now that he does not have Eli throwing to him.
KT
IMO Manningham is vastly overrated. He got this contract based on one good superbowl catch. He has the ability to be very good, but he consistently runs bad routes that lead to INT's. I'm happy he's out of NY.
No way the Cowgirls are going 9-7
I think they will lose these 9 games:
Sep. 05 at Giants
Oct. 01 Bears
Oct. 14 at Ravens
Oct. 28 Giants
Nov. 04 at Falcons
Nov. 11 at Eagles
Dec. 16 Steelers
Dec. 23 Saints
Dec. 30 at Redskins
Here are their other 7...They will probably win 5 or 6 of these....
Sep. 16 at Seahawks
Sep. 23 Buccaneers
Oct. 21 at Panthers
Nov. 18 Browns
Nov. 22 Redskins
Dec. 02 Eagles
Dec. 09 at Bengals
My guess would be 6-10![]()
I bolded games where I disagree...which puts them, conveniently, right at 9-7![]()
Giants and Steelers defense are gonna crush the cowboys o-line and Romo (assuming he is even still healthy at this point) will be running for his life...Redskins always play the cowgirls tough at home...
Not just that, look at the turnover differential. I doubt they force that many turnovers this year. I think the 49ers will be a solid team, but I don't think they will run away from the division or get a first round bye if they do win the division.I just feel the 49ers played over their heads last year and had barely any games lost to injury (same for Detroit, to ICF's post above), and while they kept their defense completely intact, the offense doesn't look all that different, so if their defense and luck go down even a small fraction from where they were last year, Seattle could slip in there. I think the Giants are going to win the NFC east. Also I think Detroit will beat out Chicago for a wildcard spot. Annnd I still think the Eagles/Vick will have a real disappointing season (not disappointing to me, since I don't like them anyways), but everyone else seems to think they are superbowl bound. Not gonna happen.
I know its a crazy prediction but I think the Giants finish last in the division this year. Eagles, Cowboys, Redskins, Giants.
Anyway, the Eagles brain trust gave Vick that ginormous contract, and they know more about pro football than I (or any other OT poster, for that matter) ever will, so . . .
Oh, and whoever said the Giants will win the NFC East is a complete and utter idiot.
