so this guy wasn't a "high ranking Democrat", nor a person a any real importance.
OK then, can we get back to the far more serious crimes of important people like Trump and his cabal?
It was never implied that he was a high ranking Dem. Read the title better.
If you don't think that being the IT guy to the DNC leader is of any importance, then that's your opinion. I would argue that someone with unabated access to the Democratic National Committee is of pretty high importance. But your last sentence clearly shows you only care about one side being looked into. As such, your bias is very disturbing. If you don't want justice against all wrong doers, then I have a much lesser opinion than I already have of you.
Have a feeling Felix would not have started this thread if it was a Repub staffer. It can only happen to dems seems to be his intended message. Makes him feel a little better about his Trump vote.
You are probably right, he wouldn't have. On the flip side, just like the regulars here who post only news that put Trump in a bad light, they didn't post this either. The
fact is, that if this was reversed, all the left leaning networks (majority of news networks) would have ran with it, and it would have been posted here.
Little recap, and not even mentioning everything;
(not in exact order)
-Awan was first hired in 2004 to work for Dem Rep Robert Wexler (FL)
-Awan was the DNC chair's (Debbie) personal IT consultant, among many other Dems
-heat came down about his alleged illegal activity
-his laptop was seized, Shultz threatened a Chief of U.S. Capital Police after he would not give it back
-all his family members were fired, except for him. Shultz changed his title from "consultant" to "advisor" and kept him on the payroll until just last week when he was arrested
-Awan's wife and children went to Pakistan, with several thousands of dollars
-Awan wired $300,000 to Pakistan just before arrest
-Awan's old apartment was rented out, and the new tenant found smashed HD's and more
-Awan tried to get them back, threatened to sue the new tenant. They were given to the FBI
-Awan was liquidating his assets (properties) until he was arrested
-Awan's is arrested trying to leave the country
-immediately after getting arrested, Chris Gowen, a lawyer who worked for both Clintons, for many years arose to represent him. Right out of the left's playbook, calls for "islamophobia" is the only reason for his arrest
-it's being reported that Steve Wasserman (name may sound familiar) is Debbie's brother. He is the assistant attorney for the District of Columbia. Maybe a problem? Simple wiki search of Debbie shows this. Guess we'll find out.
-somewhere in there, Debbie got fired and the DNC refused to give the FBI the servers that they alleged were hacked by the Russians.
I went off mostly by memory, might have a few things mixed up. I didn't feel like linking a bunch of sites. Nothing is intentionally wrong, if corrected I will fix it.
Could he be innocent? Sure. Seems to be enough to at least look into it. You're either ignorant or a liar if you think if this happened exactly the same, but to the Repubs that it wouldn't have huge headlines.
Some back history where Aman was alleged to do some blackmailing, etc;

McDaniel
said, “We have to get to the bottom of this, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz has obstructed at every level on something that affects potentially our national security. So to have this gentlemen try and leave the country yesterday, and now we know there is bank fraud and we know he destroyed these hard drives, when you read story about the Marine that found them in the apartment he was trying to rent. I mean, it is a long story but something we have to get to the bottom of. We are not hearing the Democrats talk about it at all. Where's Debbie Wasserman Schultz? And we also need to know why the DNC never turned over their hard drive to the FBI to review it as to their hacking situation. So the Democrats are on TV and they're grandstanding every chance they get, but they're not complying and they're not being forthright with their role."

Pretty accurate quote. If you don't agree this this looking into, as many others here do not, then you have no basis to stand when wanting everything under the sun (with less evidence) of Trump investigated. This guy may be innocent. He may also be guilty. Its worth looking into. Disagree with that, shows clear bias and proves that you don't actually care about finding out the truth and bringing people to justice, you only do when its the other side.
