uh, yeah i have.

thanks, i can read. i know you're in a diesel. i was just pointing out how retarded shooting raw fuel out of your tailpipe is. to any observer, you're the dipshit, not the corvette guy. take the idiot tune off your truck.

soot != raw diesel

sigh. i like how people like to ignore the part of the post they want to argue with and instead pick on semantics.

the diesel isn't entirely unburned. there has to be some combustion occurring. yes, if you just fucking pump atomized diesel through something and don't give it enough heat or pressure to combust, it's not going to make black smoke. would you like a cookie for figuring that out?

the point is that a modern stock diesel in good running order smokes little and only under certain conditions. if he's driving one of those hillbilly heaps that leaves a thick black trail of smoke from a stop sign, it's not running right and hopefully he lives in an area where it's a ticketable offense. either that or maybe we'll get lucky and he'll slam into a telephone pole on his way home from the honkey tonk.

the diesel is a non modern diesel. there is soot that accumulates. yes if you floor the pedal from a stoplight it is going to make black smoke. would you like some cookies for us explaining this?

the point is that his non modern, stock diesel is in good running order smokes when needed and only under certain conditions. if he's driving his 99-03 ford, that runs on diesel and leaves a thick black trail of smoke from a stop light, it's running properly, and hopefully he uses the proper cleaning of his exhaust. Either that, or maybe we'll get luck and he'll continue driving cautiously when necessary on his way home from his job and be safe.

I'm going to retract this statement...I'll just say that I think it's kind of a dick move to do what the OP did. I've had people do that to me for no reason whatsoever and I don't appreciate it.

Congrats on being a bigger douche than the guy waiting for you and your idiot mobile to start acquiring speed.

There really is nothing worse than one of you idiots in your tiny cock mobiles spewing out tons of soot while you propel your solitary worthless ass down the road in a cloud of black smoke.

Quoted for epic fail.

Why are you always on about cock? What happens when someone owns a big truck *and* has a large package?

No, you're getting shit from me for spewing out a cloud of smoke because someone honked at you. Pretty douchy move IMO. I've had some worthless fucking slob do that to me when I was on my bicycle once or twice. I fucking hate that.

Impossible. 😛

LOL, not going to get into an internet epenis contest...

Jules, rest assured, I'm environmentally conscious, my other car is a Miata, and I have an electric bicycle too 🙂

My F250 is one of most fuel efficient full size pickups made in the last 10 years.

This thread has EVERYTHING
Sex, violence, a little low on the rock and roll but more than made up for in JHS drama and bitchiness.

Guys, would you please edit your quotes, I've dated internet savy women & it doesn't play well 🙁

And as far as Rock & Roll, I saw the Cranberries on Friday night. My ears are still ringing 🙁

So you're a lifer and you don't know better than to watch what you say on the forums? I'll remove it out of pity 😛

My date was 25 years younger than me 🙂

Not saying much if you're 75, if you're 50, not bad 😉

As far as the actual thread goes, if it was a modern diesel and it was smoking like that, then it needs fixing. Computer tunes on all but the most powerful modern diesels make little to no visible soot, and the only thing that the smoke means is that it is dumping fuel in the cylinder that isn't getting burned properly. On an older diesel without all the filtration, the soot builds up in the exhaust (which he SHOULD be cleaning now and then) and when you punch it, it all blows out.

Despite how self absorbed this thread is, and how much of an asshole it move it was... I approve lol

Am 49, and she's smoking hot 😀

It's a 99' after I step on it after babying the truck for a while, it blows out the soot that's accumulated, it doesn't blow smoke when I step on it a 2nd time... Just the nature of the beast.

No problem man. I'm sorry for what I said earlier. I don't have any hatred toward you...just thought it was kind of a dick move is all. Everyone makes mistakes.
