This happened to me a while back with another rebate from staples. I called the rebate center and they said they had no record of the rebate. I was pretty ticked, but then I called Staples and spoke with a representative there. She was able to look up the rebate and then fax me a copy of the rebate form. You should see if they can do the same for you. In my opinion, it's pretty stupid for them to pull the rebate forms before the deadline. They used to not do that.
 
hey i've finally gotten around to trying to send in this rebate.. but i cant find the UPC on the box.. am i just dumb or what? where is it? is it under one of the stickers? please help!

My Visioneer 8100 scanner came shipped with Paperport 6.1 included. I called Visioneer customer service and stated that I purchased the scanner because of its XP compatibility. I asked for Paperport 7.0 and told the rep I was aware that some units are shipping with the new software.

She told me the software was not in stock, but that it would be sent. I received it today, about 10 days later. >>



I called them. They said paperport 7.0 was free, but I would have to pay $9 shipping. Anyone know if it's free to download or something...
 
good morning. Got in on this deal. My receipt says not an invoice. What do I use as far as a receipt when I turn in my rebate form? Thanks in advance.
 
I have done a TON of Staples rebates and always send a copy of the shipping doc and a copy of the email order confirmation, along with the original UPC. Never have a problem with them.

Since I started filing the rebates on line, as I did for this scanner and a mouse I ordered at the same time, amd then mailing the docs above after the goods arrive, I usually have the check in about 4 weeks. I also ordered this scanner on the previous $70 MIR deal and it took 4 weeks to the day.

Everyone freaks me out about this whole "not an invoice" thing. Look, an invoice is for an amount due. There is no amount due hence it is not an invoice. Now, if it said, "this is not a receipt" then you would have problems.

My rebate form mentioned either the original receipt or the shipping slips.
 
Checked my online status today, my rebate is validated. I used the coupon, no problems. I should get the check in a couple weeks.

Anyone knows where I can find the rebate? It seems to have disappeared from both the staples rebate website and rebatehq. Only the $70 rebates show up, and I'm looking for the $80 rebate.

hey peeps, I PM'd to Andaratech, and got it for about $73.00 😀 The manager said that I should keep it above $70 when she PM'd it so that I could definately get the rebate w/o any hitches. The threw a red flag for me, so I went ahead and had her sign the rebate 😉 Anyway, I got the $70.00 rebate, not the $80. I got my notification in the BULK MAIL section of my yahoomail 🙂

Thread owner wanna update the thread for some rebate tracking? see if anyone is having any trouble w/ their rebates? I'll post this in all four threads I think it is that are gonig on for this scanner! 🙂 We'll see who wants to manage their thread for us! 🙂
