Dell Computer Corporation
Ok I think I've figured this idiots out. The reason quite a few have gotten them shipped (ones who ordered Oct 7-9) I ordered on 10/3 is because I'm betting that those who already got their drives NEVER once got an
consent to continue email or phone call. I'm guessing each time we consent to continue our order we're placed at the end of the queue once again. In other words a person ordered this sony dvd drive
yesterday has a better chance at getting it shipped to them before I'll get mine. Next time our corp dell rep calls to sell us a server I'll politely say how I'm taking my business elsewhere due to unethical business practices of Dell. Not her fault, of course, just Dell as a whole sucks the bigone.
Now I have to go make ANOTHER phone call...this is ridiculous.
