Gotcha, thanks ... mine must be bugged, when I hit it once, it just stays on...not sure if it's working or not though.

Not positive but it might be like other game/key functions where Click+Hold does that action until released, double tap quickly = toggle on/off.... perhaps that was happening to yours.

Yeah, I tried all of those...I would hit it once, and the chat icon would stay on. I would try double tapping it, triple, holding it, etc and it would not come off until I closed arma2.

Who wants to play tonight? My friend gave me the coordinance of two stocked tents he found and a bus that just needs gas to run. I'm pretty much fully decked out and you can keep whatever we find. The gear I've been finding lately is amazing and maybe my luck will continue tonight. I have to keep making agonizing decisions about what to hold onto.

I also found a tent on a german server the other day that has 3 FN FAL night vision assault rifles in it. I'd like to see if those are still around.

I'm up for anybody, whether your a freshly spawned noob or fully geared out. PM me. I'll give you the teamspeak channel info. I'll be playing sometime between 5 and 10pm pacific time. I'm currently in Berezino near the east coast and planning on heading west.

The only way I have found to be reliable is to open a Loot Pile, drop the Weapon to the pile, then open your Backpack and put the Weapon into it from the Loot Pile...being sure not to close the Inventory at any time.

Another dumb question. Does the same advice apply to equipping the flash light? Will I lose my main weapon when I move the light off my tool belt?

does 6 launcher show all servers at 9999 ping for anyone else? It always shows 9999 for every server, never changes.

I would recommend trying dayzcommander. I find it way faster, more flexible and more reliable than sixlauncher. I personally think dayzcommander will replace sixlauncher for most people as it catches on.

Sorry I missed your guys messages tonight. We had a good time tonight and I helped vivi and coldmeat find some assault rifles. I'm planning on playing again tomorrow evening so if you guys want to play you can message me your steam ID's and I'll add you and we can sync up tomorrow.

Use DayZ Commander - it is much better.

It has filters for full/empty/responding/day/night/3rd person/crosshairs/proper Dayz or Arma2 versions ..... you'll only see servers that are what you want to play.

Are you guys all playing on Rinauns servers? I flip flop back and forth between server 1 and server 2 depending on if I'm playing with a group or solo
