No, I think the law should be 8 years younger and atleast 14 years old. As long as they are atleast 14 and no more than 8 years younger than you then it should be legal. Just my opinion.

If that is truly the case then I think we can safely ignore him.

At 16 he probably feels quite mature, at 24 (which would be OK in his book) he'll look back and think "Damn I really was a kid."

8 years makes a HUGE difference from teenagers to 20 somethings.
