Just thought I would share the email I just sent these clows. Thereds can probably appreciate it the most.
I have been a Cox Internet customer for 5 months now and I must say that I am becoming increasing irritated, no angry at the constant outages I am experiencing. At least once a week I cannot connect to anything for several hours and sometimes days due to ongoing DNS problems you keep having. Then of course there are the random outages you can never explain to me. I know for a fact that I'm not the only person having these problems since I have spoken with others who use your service and have the same issues. I'm not sure why you keep having these DNS problems but since I'm a network administrator myself I would just like to say that it is unacceptable. If the company I support were to keep having these problems I would have been fired long ago. If your staff cannot handle the problems perhaps you can contact one of our sales reps at (number deleted) and they can arrange for some professionals to come solve your problems.
