Wouldn't a law like that somehow dwelve into the whole FCC legislating morality issue. I mean I think the guy is a dick yeah and I'm glad you said Yes come outside. But in the end there is no recourse. Just tell the Kid. Not to be around that neighbor he likes children a bit TOO much.

All this talk of free speech is quite lovely, considering the fact that two black kids, who don't know about freedom of speech or at their age give two sh*ts about it, now will remember for years to com being called awesome people by some white trash bastard. And there is nothing that can be done about it?

Staplegun his door and windows shut?

Jeb Bush is your nieghbor?

I think you are getting him confused with your proud democratic leaders such as Cruz Bustamante who "slip up" in there speeches and use the n-word.

They may remember it, yes. But if they are taught that not everyone is like that, and that some ignorance does exist in the world, to not take EVERYTHING personally, and to be the better person, I really don't think it will have a negative impact on their life.

BTW, that guy deserves an ass kicking.

Throw a burning cross in his yard...should remind him of his youth

Yeah, just take a look in his back shed, there is probably already one there.

I guess the bright side is that considering the kids will eventually learn that there are racist people in the world, it's best to learn it when a white person is standing against that so that they understand that not ALL white people are like that. Imagine what it would be like if these kids had only black friends and the one white guy in the neighborhood called them ni**ers all day. They'd have a very different opinion of white people then.

Still, I think that you should take a 2x4 to his kneecaps Sopranos style.

well, there are some laws making cussing in public illegal. this might be considered that.
Find me one.

I've had friends get tickets for it. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Good thing everyone always takes everything someone else says on here in the negative way. I've never heard of it, I wanted to read a law for myself.

Chances are, if anyone wanted to protest any law that forced them to pay a fine for cursing, they could beat it. Look at that guy that just beat his ticket for giving someone the finger.

I actually like the vocal racists in neighborhoods... That allows me to know who not to associate with.

BINGO!

One thing I learned after growing up in Southern California, then living in the South for ten years is: The only difference between the two areas is in the South, the racists are honest and open about it. In California, they're all in the closet.

There is no law against insulting someone. Freedom of speech is measured not by what we like or agree with, but by what offends us most.
