What the hell are you talking about? :roll: There is no escaping from the US, if I want to leave I can do so anytime I want so long as the country I am trying to enter allows me in. I do not have to get permission from the US government to leave.
The only possible reason someone would do that is because they don't want to give up their US citizenship or they are earning income from the US.
