I finished downloading 1.6 almost an hour ago and i havent been able to connect to a sever yet.

I think it is putting it in the wrong place....
Look in the Steam Cache folder....there are CS 1.6 files in there but the dont seem to be apllied yet....maybe we can apply them manualy.

well, it finished downloading..but the status bar is still only at about 70%..and i don't know if it's doing anything because the timer ran out, heh..doh!
