Sorry I misqouted the wrong post...I meant to quote this one....

Duvie,

No Im not joking. That was just showing both instances running on both cpu's at once, Its been 6 hours of prime 95 and its still running, and like I said I can have quake 3, internet explorer, AIM, Prime95, and crystal mark going at the same time. How much more stable do you want?

It was right below your thread....

He is running 2 instnaces of the benchmark and not the torture test ad he thinks this means stability....

I can run those at 2.66ghz with 1.47v but wont pass prime for 1 minute....

I have the latest version and the ebenchamrk tool is still the same as it always has been....It will not even find errors...I can imagine one can do this even on extremely flaky system. Now he has done other test so it is likely it is somewhat stable....

26072 marks with a conservatively-clocked Sempron 3300+ @2.4GHz.

26072 for now, will push it later

I bet if I were to push the chip to 2.6GHz (I've done it before) and run the RAM at 433MHz after divider (again, done before) on a clean install on nLite'd Windows I would break 30000. We'll see in a few days. ;)

For now I think I get 20th in AMD... lol

No way you got over 31k with a clock speed of less than 2ghz, especially at 1.5 ghz. Looks like that cpu-z screen is copied and pasted.

Looks like he's using Cool n' Quite, and his CPU-Z is after it throttled back down.

The results from the crystalmark bench seem a little flaky - particularly the first FPU test - when I run it, it usually gives ~2700, but every so often it will give 500, 700 or 1000, for no obvious reason. I'd say caching, except that it gets the 2700 speed first run immediately after a reboot.

*puzzled*

Alright, I just pulled out an old HP DL380 G3 (Prestonia), it's got 3.06 Dual Xeons w/ HT, 4 gigs of pc2100 or 2700, I'm sure its the 533 fsb thats killing its score. Not bad for a 2 year old box though.

ALU - 15669
FPU - 15873
MEM - 6432

Total - 37974

On a side note, I got an HDD score of 6999 with 3 Ultra320 SCSI @ 10k in raid 5.

Now i'm off to find a G4 with dual 3.4 gig Xeons...

It fluctuated a bit when I reran it, but here's a screen grab. I'm at 38268.

Just ran it on a Dual 3.2 Xeon with the Nocona core. This should be at the top of the heap for intel systems. 48002. I guess don't bother with my previous score unless you want it for comparison.

I finally have some spare time to play.
It was getting a little hot. I've seen 60, and thats with my XP120.:(
I should have water cooling in place by Aug. 13-14.:)
I can't wait.
