If you actually believed in the coin you would hold not dump

first of all, don't quote something i didn't say... where in what i have written says
"The coin is totally not a scam guys. It is the only coin which is real money and useful. Which is why I mine and dump"?

please don't put your opinion into what someone else says and then quote them as saying they said it. that's unprofessional.

Read your own quote again, and then realize why there is confusion.

It sounds incredibly sarcastic.

i do read my quotes... i didn't say "This coin is totally not a scam guys".
i said that it started as a joke... it has a meme... based on a dog.. for fun..

"it is the only coin which is real money and useful".
which one are you referring too?

bitcoins are more widely accepted than any other coin. there are no signs that say "bitcoins are not accepted here"..

I haven't had to pay for any computer equipment for 3 years, nor pay for my utilities out of my pocket from my day job... it's all been paid for by bitcoins. I now have 4 THash/s of sha256 and 31 MHash/s of scrypt equipment... most of it liquid cooled also... i don't have to hold it to believe in it...

bottom line... mining pays for my hobby.. this is just a hobby.. an expensive hobby that i don't have to pay out of pocket anymore...

I was summarizing your giant wall of text

Sold all my TenFivecoin yesterday morning for 0.003 BTC. Could have had double of that if I held... Back to mining more TenFivecoin.

And you'll have a lot less once it dumps and your stuck with the bag. Holding isn't the winning strategy with scam coins.

A lot less of a $1.83 worth of something? Lol.

Even with my ~7.5 MH/s it's just barely worth it for me to continue mining. If your power cost is > .30 kWh you're probably losing money at this point due to how much scrypt profitability has crashed.

I'm lucky mine is ~0.09/kWh.

Man the LTC/BTC ratio is looking really good. Can't tell if that's because the price of LTC is surging up, or the price of BTC is crashing down? Anyway, maybe this is end times for alt coins except for LTC?

I don't know if I'd say the price of LTC is surging up. It was high yesterday, but took a huge dive since. BTC ratio went down from 0.032 to 0.0289

Anyone else thinking about getting the KnC Titan? The beast sounds great but who knows when it will arrive. Also, sounds a bit crazy to send $10K worth of BTC to a company in "hopes" they will come through as promised. I know that KnC has a good rep, but damn if that doesn't send alarm bells up in my head.

If you think LTC or whatever scrypt coin is going to be that profitable just buy a few hundred LTC and forget about it.

Because in the event LTC or scrypt becomes worthless, both your stack of LTC and the KnC miner would be equally worthless.

Rule of thumb: Never preorder ASICs with indeterminate shipping dates (See: Butterfly Labs fiasco)

I'm on Clevermining. Don't have time to keep up with every launch that is happening.

Also, anyone know how we are credited with Bitshares? I have some PTS. And actually I donated some PTS to get AGS as well, but I don't know how we "get" any BTS or AGS.

EDIT: I see the BTS wallet has not been released yet. NVM then.

Call me crazy, but I'm still mining doge :\

Got about 300k to go to 1mill then I'll start mining something else and hold if doge value doesn't improve by then.

Keep an eye out for the March newsletter in this thread:

They want to launch the product correctly the first time and avoid having to do any major hard forks etc... I3 has some pretty impressive products planned that will all honor PTS & AGS holders.

I did a clean install of Windows and redid everything as it was, just with the card in a different slot and it is exhibiting the same symptoms of slower hash speed than the other cards (it was running at the same speed before). Card is hashing around ~640kh/s whereas the other 290s are hashing at ~777kh/s at 900/1000.

Looks like something DID happen to the card. Could a cluster of shaders or maybe a memory chip have been damaged somehow? But leave the card functioning?

Anyone have idea of what could be happening? Clocks and cgminer settings are the same as the other cards but the mining speed stays at ~640kh/s. I even changed the card to a different slot and get the same results. The power limit is also the same on all cards, 30%.
