15.3 256? shorter athlete and the wallballs suck, if i broken them up earlier, i probably wouda finished the 2nd round. thought about doing it again but another 100 wall balls, i decided my ego isn't worth it.

15.4 - 57 - probably too worried about locking the feet up, that i wasn't moving with any real quickness. 185 clean is about 80% of my max and powered all but the last rep.

15.5

27-21-15-9 reps for time of:
Row (calories)
Thrusters

Men use 95 lb. (65lb scaled)
Women use 65 lb. (45lb scaled)

Damn I can actually do this prescribed but gotta save the legs and engine for a mud run on Saturday. Might give it a go on Sunday or Monday if I'm not too banged up

Yup 15.5 has been announced. Rows and thrusters. Looks like I will be fighting the urge to vomit after this one. I can do RX but I will probably do scaled because my right shoulder is still bothering me.

15.5 Rx: 16:09

I went slow and the steady on the row but I probably could have afforded to go stronger. I thought the row was going to take a while so I didn't want to go out too hard but it turns out 27 calories isn't very long at all.

how was it compared to your Fran time/effort? the rowing might not be as taxing as pullups but those extra 27 thrusters sound like a b*tch D:

Believe it or not I don't have a recent Fran time. The only one have is from about 4 years ago and is about 8 minutes IIRC. I actually prefer the row to the pullups though. I've gained a lot of mass so that I'm more proficient with the barbell but pullups take me longer now. I think I was able to break up the thrusters into 3 sets for each of the rounds. However, I'm short so even if I went stronger it would have taken me longer than the other people in the gym who are 6 ft tall and have the benefit of longer pulls.
