OK pal, I guess I'm crazy since I see an expanding federal government with increasing power that is not granted to it through its enumerated powers. You've got it all figured out. Governemnt is getting smaller, spending is going down, right? 🙄

Expanding federal government and increased power are things any liberal president would do. I never said Obama isn't liberal. I said he's a moderate liberal. You, on the other hand, claim he's ultra-liberal, which requires specifics that make Obama more liberal than most other liberals. You've provided none.

and round and round we go.

Lets see how big we can make this thread with our back and forth.

Well, if you're going to post non-sequiturs like this in every post you make, it'll get quite large because I'm not going to yield on this. If you make a claim, back it up with something specific.

There is no room for moderate liberals in the Democratic party. The Dems have gotten onto the far left progressive bandwagon, from which anywhere right of the far left is nazi germany. Thats the whole point.

Hahahahaha...that's a joke, right? Obama is actually just to the right of center, and no where close to being "far left".

I'll post this again, just to show you:

Does that really look like "far left" to you?

A child's answer. So you don't have anything specific to contribute to support your claim?

Lets look at Bill Clinton, a liberal. Then lets look at Obama. One had out of control spending, one didnt. One took over/bailed out several sectors of the free market, one didnt. One increased the deficit a shitload, one reduced it. One attended a normal church, the other listened to the rantings of a madman for 20 years.

Theres a few differences between your run of the mill liberal and Obama

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, you are funny.

Why do I need some ass clown determining who is "left" and "right"?
We are not Europe, so Obama is not Right of America's center, he is right of Europes center.

Secondly, that was during the election and has no relation to what he actually did.

Thirdly, please elaborate how Palin is authoritarian and more "right" than McCain.

You are too funny.

The key difference between Clinton's actions and Obama's on spending and bailouts is the condition of the economy. The economy was flying high when Clinton was in office. The exact opposite was happening when Obama took office. I doubt Clinton would've handled things any differently than Obama if their positions were reversed.. but we'll never really know.

Clinton would likely not have balanced the budget without the insistence of the Republican-controlled Congress.

If listening to a madman for 20 years makes Obama ultra-liberal, wouldn't you also be ultra-liberal if you continued to read ATPN for 20 years?

Compare Obama to Dennis Kucinich, Bernie Sanders, Garrison Keillor, or George Soros; people I'd consider to be ultra-liberal.. and you'll come up short every time.

Are you really really really really (really really really really really) sure the economy was flying high when Clinton took office?

Area you really really really sure?

McCain wouldn't have done it much different. High Deficits were inevitable.

You didn't make that graphic did you? Because you fit that description.

Thirdly, please elaborate how Palin is authoritarian and more "right" than McCain.

I didn't make the graphic, nor do the research. Perhaps you should exercise your brain and actually read the site? It's www.politicalcompass.org

If you have any real debate about their methodology, feel free to post it.

You are too funny.

Look who's talking. Do you have rebuttal, other then continued insults?

Way to skim over point #2
The site you point to is using a European standard. Europe is very very far left. America is a center right nation.
So, to get to the "center" in America, the axis would have to be significantly shifted right.

It's not a "European" standard, it is a balanced Political Graph.

Are you sure about that?
Are you really really sure?

Do you know where the site it registered/ran from?

I am not saying that the graph is inherently flawed, rather that the methods for finding the data points is bias.
