So I guess Robert Nesta "Bob" Marley would have been considered to be white as his father was white.

The standard is lineage+self identity. Bob Marley identified himself as black, he has black blood, so he's black. Obama identifies himself as black, he has black blood, so he's black, Zimmerman identifies himself as white, he has white blood so he's white.

It's not that hard. Nobody would be calling Zimmerman white if his drivers license said he was Hispanic.

He was not stalking per any state's law and why he was not charged with such.

Did he say Zimmerman was committing the crime of stalking or simply that he was stalking as an act?

Also, there is no crime against confronting anyone, but the act of confronting someone can be an aspect of a crime.

Zimmerman's father was White.
Obama's father was Black.

Obama is Black

That is the standard the US uses

I see, hispanics and whites are the same except when used as ammunition against conservatives regarding immigration, then they are different.

Bob Marley was from Jamaica
He would do race/ethnicity however they do it in Jamaica

No, it isn't. We do not use father's race as the determining race. Prior to Zimmerman I had never heard any minority pulled down in that manner.

In lots of (note: not all) cultures, the father is the one that passes on the heritage because women are only seen as vessels that can't really pass anything on.

Unless it is Ted Cruz and his dad shilling for the conservatives and ironically saying that Obama should go back to Kenya when neither Ted Cruz nor his father are from America.

I do believe that GZ's great grandfather was black so that make him a White Hispanic Black.

Craig Cobb had some black ancestors. Does that make him black? Hitler is believed to have some Jewish ancestry. Does that make him Jewish? What's important is what someone identifies themselves as because that affects how they interact with other people. Zimmerman identified himself as white until after the shooting.

^ Which has zero relevance to the case except to those who wanted to make this case about race.

Hey, I didn't bring up the race aspect, just pointed out that Zimmerman being called white is not necessarily wrong since he identified himself as white. But hey, quote me saying that I believe Zimmerman was motivated by race. I think he formed a lot of very broadly prejudiced assumptions about Trayvon, but that's about it.

As for other people calling him a racist, he did say some things that would lead people to believe that especially when a lot of people don't know the difference between prejudice and racism.

My thing is that your arguments are basically you peeing on people's leg and telling them it is raining.

Okay, either my sarcasm meter is broken or you're actually serious.

What arguments? The fact of the matter is the prosecution couldn't prove their half truths, innuendo, and fairy tales beyond a reasonable doubt. The jury saw through the BS the prosecution was trying to sell and acquitted GZ on all charges. Nothing you can put forth will ever change that. So go piss up a rope and tell yourself it got wet in a rain shower.

Nevermind the fact that the police report lists Zimmerman as white and Zimmermans drivers license says he was white.
...
Only after the shooting did he suddenly decide that he was Hispanic.
...
Nobody would be calling Zimmerman white if his drivers license said he was Hispanic.

"He calls himself Hispanic on his driver's license. He calls himself Hispanic on his voter registration card."

"On voter registration forms, George Zimmerman identified himself as Hispanic, as did his mother."

Hispanic is not a race, right?
From your article

Hispanic people can be black, white, Asian or mixed. Some 18 million Latinos checked the "some other race" category on their 2010 Census forms - which admonished in bold letters that Hispanic is not a race. So many Hispanics identified themselves as white, the overall number of white people in the United States increased.

May I ask what it says on your drivers license?
Does it ask for race and ethnicity ?
