just curious, what is the $$$ to a customer who wants this kind of work done? not that i do, but i'd like to know. AFTER parts sourcing, i mean. just the work.

@DD ....it's my personal build, I've avoided counting the hours I've spent on it, sorry.

@ch, yes, I ordered 1968 Highland Green on Monday, here is the paint color code

EEL Ambiense & Noobas4rus got me really interested in customizing mech keyboards after we did this Keyboard Modding Hangout,

EEL suggested a good mech KB that allowed custom keycaps for my Mastercase Racing 5 gaming PC setup, I've given my Qisan Magicforce "Blue ICE Crystal" 108-Key Mechanical Gaming Keyboard custom keycaps that compliment my GULF RACING Porsche 917 theme.

The Magicforce Mechanical keyboard utilizes GATERON black key switches. It's really nice deal for $69.99, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HGDKJK4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

EEL helped me with the layout for the gulf racing theme custom key cap order, $53.75 shipped from from WASD, http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/

Shift key was replaced with STICK SHIFT,
Escape = PIT
Backspace key = PADDOCK
Windows key = GULF OIL logo
Function key is number 5, for Mastercase 5 racing.

Wow! What a meticulous racing computer you have created, @Mnpctech! Will you be playing Le Mans sims for the next month? Of course, you'll win. ;-)

Can't wait for your Jim Clark Formula 1 tribute build.

That is one sweet build. Got to ask though, why not paint the GPU slot brackets (easy to remove on most GPUs) and why not paint the PSU?

Thank you!!! 🙂 wish I had the time...haha

...she's been running, er, "idling" on my desk for one week now. Very happy to have it finally done. I had to wait till family was out of town to concentrate on re-organizing my new desk. I had bought two HP 27" Zdisplay monitors off Ebay 1.5 yrs ago in anticipation of getting this build finished. At some point I post photo of my workstation

Next up, but no deadlines

Finish my CaseLabs "Bullitt" BH4 PC for workshop livestreams
Chris Cornell tribute case (just cause I'm a fan)
ALIEN Nostromo Rig (with EEL Ambiense) for CPU Magazine

No deadlines? So you can devote your attention towards winning Le Mans sims. Multiple times. ;-)

Look forward to seeing your next awesome projects. Just not too soon.
