What's the hacking console for?
It's for hacking! 😉

When you get to higher levels, you can learn commands to hack into other people's account and fvck with them... In the meantime, it means bubkis...

A tick is 30 minutes, and they seem to start ever half hour.
Thank you Captain Obvious!

😉

Well, they could just start whenever you join. It isn't just that they last 30 minutes... they also start on the half-hour/hour mark.

Besides, you shouldn't be talking traitor 😛

i cant find you using:

find ipinfo Mwilding

I have those commands.
The user has to be logged on for you to succesfully run the command. Don't go too crazy with it, it costs TP to try... Actually, I am online.... hmmmm

😕

Come to think of it, I tried twice yesterday without success. I wasn't sure I had the syntax down (hence my post in the forum). It worked fine today though...

The server get's really stressed when a new tick starts. It is both processing the missions and dealing with everyone logging on to accept new missions...

I just found this post in the forums (A Stickied FAQ in the Help section):

Q - What are nodes?

A - Amount of hosts you bounce your connection off of for each mission, 10 being the safest but 1 being the fastest.

=====================================================

Q - What is balance for?

A - The higher this is the faster you will hack, BUT you will have a greater chance of being caught.

=====================================================

It provides a little insight into what changing nodes & balance actually do...

Ok, he corrected the rest of the tick bugs.

And everyone's hardware is in limbo at the moment I guess... if you ordered something it should be in by tommorow.
