I accepted everyone who requested to join the AT cell. I accidentally rejected someone, so whoever got rejected, just try again and I'll accept you. As far as cell research, there are no options for me to chose. I don't see a way to assign positions to people. I distributed the cell resource points evenly to all our current members.

This is a really cool game. They had something like this out in software form. It was an actual game that did just this. But single player. It was a cool concept but lacked any really development it looked like.
I wonder what something like this in realtime/software instead of web driven would be like.

You're probably thinking of Uplink, I have that, but never really got into it (installed, played for a while, computer died, didn't get round to re-installing!
However, one of my friends has put in quite a few hours on that game, and liked it a lot

Looks kind of interesting... and it works on linux. I've been looking for a game to try on linux. Not sure if I want to spend $30 though.
