So the other day I was on Youtube and came across game play footage of no-scope sniping action. Now, I've never owned a console in my life (PC gamer). Maybe it's just me but some of the snipes on games like Modern Warfare 2 are so ridiculous like spinning around twice and killing a dude in midair, flashed, that they don't seem plausible at all. Then, I heard that some console games also have an auto-aiming feature that does this for you. Needless to say, console gaming sounds like a joke now.
So... I'm wondering if someone will explain this better. Does this feature make gaming unfair then? does it take away from actual skill? I'd appreciate it if someone could fill me in.
