Conservatives attacking Paul Ryan for being Muslim due to his beard

I did a search by clicking the link above and found a bunch of results a lot of them didn't have anything to do with muslim beards but contained both of those terms in the tweet. I looked further and found a few people talking about it and stopped. Most of what I FOUND wasn't referring to a "muslim beard" at all. DSF didn't say that there were only 3 tweets. I think you forcing that view on him makes you look bad, not him.

When you say you found something on google you're not claiming that this was all the information on that topic, are you? Get a grip and quit being such a hack.

The fact that you believe I'm incompetent for making a casual search regarding something as insignificant as this amazes me. However, the fact that you believe I would deliberately lie about something as insignificant as this amazes me even more. Either way, you think I'm stupid and I'm OK with that. I see the world quite differently than you...and I'm OK with that as well.

Since you seem to hold your intelligence in much higher regard than you do mine...please tell me what difference it makes...3, 30, 300 or 3000? Why is this number so important to you and how does a more accurate number refute my point...especially when the magnitude of the number is so insignificant in the scheme of things? I'm sure that someone as intelligent as you can answer such a simple question with at least some modicum of integrity and intellectual honesty. Give it a whirl Einstein...I'm all ears.

I found only 3 tweets and never stated that there were only 3 in existence...but I must confess I didn't look very hard as I personally didn't think I needed to in order to make my point which, I might add, remains unrefuted. But that goes to show you just how fucking stupid I can be! Some of our esteemed friends here seem to prefer to attack such minutia when they can't make a reasonable argument otherwise. But what really confounds me is their self-perception of superior intelligence when they do so. I don't get it....but then again I guess this could also be used as another example to illustrate just how stupid I can be as well. When you're perceived as the "enemy", there is little possibility of reasonable discussion with these kind of folk.

I clicked the first link in a Google search. I chose it because it was #1 on the results list and I like to get Cenk's perspective on such "outrages" as this.

2) Type in "youtube muslim beard"
3) Click the very first link in the results titled "Conservatives Attack Paul Ryan's "Muslim Beard" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jckUQU86KA0

This story is on the same level as the "terrorist fist jab" from 2008. I don't know who came up with it first but it was kind of funny in it's absurdity. And I can guarantee you the vast, vast, vast majority of conservatives (as in I'd be surprised if any less than 99.9999% of conservatives) had no beliefs the fist bump was any way related to terrorism.

Same thing here. Just something for political junkies to get a hard-on over.

The unpleasant facts are that the CBD is a demonization machine. Any from the spawn of conservative brain defectives who appear to have wondered off the reservation are eaten. Another feature of the CBD is that they are naturally in denial of these facts.

So, you search for youtube videos and don't even mention Ryan's name when you're trying to find what these TWEETS about RYAN are??! I guess the former was correct: you're incompetent at searching.

The point of this "minutia" is that you were attempting to downplay the extent of the Tweets. That you feel that watching a youtube video is a method of finding Tweets seems rather disingenuous - that's one of the most irrelevant searches I've seen in a long time.

I didn't say that DSF said there were only 3 tweets. He said he only found 3 tweets. If he was watching a youtube video, I'd say that he wasn't actually looking for tweets.

Not that it matters but he didn't say "only" in his original comment. I think adding "only" here completely changes the nature of his statement. Which is dishonest or a simple mistake. So were you lying or incompetent?

I don't know why it is, but I find it somehow.......tickles my sense of twisted humor every time a Repub gets treated to the same kind of outlandish name-calling as the Dems whenever the Tea Turds feel that one of their kissing cousins over in the Repub Party are looking a teeny-tiny wisp of a shade more purple than the bloody war-mongering red they expect to see.

Thinking back to hours ago I most likely did search with "youtube ryan muslim beard" but I can't say for sure...but I do know that the #1 result (the Young Turks clip) is the same either way. Why is this so important to you whether or not "Ryan" was used as a key search term? It likely was...but damn...what are you thinking regarding its significance?

I was indeed downplaying the extent of the tweets and their relevance to anything meaningful. Wow...you really are a pretty smart guy after all. And let me be clear on your other point...I wasn't necessarily looking for tweets or trying to accurately quantify the number of tweets out there on this particular subject. I wanted to see Cenk's unmitigated take on this "controversy" as I can count on him to give me the most biased "facts" available regarding this issue from a highly progressive point of view. He presented 3 tweets from nobodies...none of which, not one, were from conservative politicians which could then be twisted into a quasi-legitimate representation of conservatives in general. For all we know these tweets came from liberals or a bunch of people who were joking around more than anything. I saw and heard nothing from Cenk which led me to believe that there was a huge number of tweets or that the tweets he presented were in any way a legitimate representation of anything meaningful or relevant regarding conservative opinion on Ryan's Muslim beard.

I want you to look at something and think about it for a just a little while...I've directly answered every question you've asked of me and yet you've answered very few to none of the one's I've asked you. Why is that?
