Typically GCs are sold for less than what they are worth. Sometimes much less...
you don't say. I thought they were like collectors items and went up in value, kinda like stamps.
So it turns out they're more like Bradford Exchange Collector's Plates, which may or may not increase in value, but always make a beautiful addition to any home?
