The worst experience I had with something like this was in 7th grade. I had to get in front of class and make some kind of speech or something similar. I apparently was looking quite a bit at the girl in front of me, and well... well... my phallus became... I think you get the picture. Anywho, I didn't even know this, but a girl in that class told me about the incident years later. It must have been noticable enough for everyone else to remember that long. The kicker is, I didn't find this girl AT ALL attractive, so I'm sure that it wasn't because of her.
