Though, I understand everyone's tolerance is different.. but an eighth a day is absurd. If true, that's essentially admitting that you also have a garden, unless you can afford 40$ or more per day.

Not quite. Smoking an eighth in a day is quite easy. Just have to roll em fat. Smoke a fat J every 2 hours and you can burn through an eighth no problem. Trust me on this one.

I'm sorry, but no it won't. You're not allowed to sell it to anyone other than dispensaries.

Oregon law is kinda funny. Dispensaries are the only place you're allowed to buy from / sell to and there are ZERO dispensaries in Oregon right now. State government is currently examining a dispensary bill, but that's quite a ways out still.

Additionally, you can have an oz or two on you in public, but you can't flaunt it. If you get caught with more than that, it's intent to distribute. You lose your card, you become a felon. Congrats, dumbass!

One more thing: you can have as many juvenile plants (anything shorter than 24") as you want, but you can only have 12 mature plants (24" or taller, regardless of potency, health, etc.) at any one time. If you get caught with more, it's intent to distribute and we go down that road again.

So basically you're still an idiot.

I still don't believe it though. I've never met anyone that could truly go through 1/8 a day by themselves. With a group of friends and a large water pipe? Sure. Alone? Hell no. Even with said large water pipe.. lol.

It would be physically impossible, for me at least. I'd just go to sleep, and it's rather difficult to continue smoking in that state.

an eighth a day is not that much... i've had water pipes that could hold a gram in a bowl, and an eighth is only 3.5 grams... and i used to like to smoke 2-3 bowls back to back... this is good quality stuff i'm talking about to... if you wanna talk about crazy amounts i've been known to go through a half ounce of mexibrick in a day...

Unless your friend has a green card already, it won't transfer between states. He'll have to move here, register his address, then he'll have to see a primary care physician about a very specific list of symptoms no less than 3 times over the course of a 6 month period. Then he can take his medical records to a THC clinic and apply. If he's accepted, he'll pay about $300 to start including $200 for the card or so and $100 or so for the application.

I'm not sure if the state requires the medical history to be from Oregon or not.

I hope to do truly want to quit. I don't think you actually do, but I hope you do. Learn to live without a crutch. Go to a professional, not AT. AT is great for arguing about religion, or learning how to inflate your tires, but rarely for important things like this. Maybe in L&R, but not OT.
