As a pharmacy technician myself, I wouldn't hesitate to report something to my place of employment or the board of pharmacy in my state. However, I believe I will chose to abstain from any involvement.

From my experience, mistakes slip past pharmacists more than you'd think. And even if they do catch them, it has to be fixed causing a waste of time and forcing the customers to wait longer. In the end, it generally degrades the service as a whole for the customers.
