That’s a lot of water. It's what the ounce company sets as a goal, hence the 20 and 40 ounce containers, cuz math is hard. It's in the article.
Fwiw, I drink between 70-100 oz

What is that in terms of glasses?
Seems silly to start a thread about a topic the OP considers silly.
Or maybe the OP gets to show fake concern while he points out black people being ridiculous.
Remember the bubble gum cigarettes?
He did. He said that it was because it looked like liquor.
I'll be honest when I say: I didn't know there was a universal figure/design of a 40oz malt liquor bottle. Last I checked it was... just a fucking bottle.
Some things are simply iconic. Mad Dog 20/20, Ripple (back before they made it out of grapes) Old English 800, and one other malt liqueur that I can't remember the name of right now (so much for icons).I'll be honest when I say: I didn't know there was a universal figure/design of a 40oz malt liquor bottle. You fellows really need some new material. Every thread UC creates is met with the same thoroughly used, beaten, flogged, consumed, and generally improperly applied response. It probably had some small impact the first couple of hundred times you used it, but because his posts rarely express any sort of concern, it comes across as ignorant.
Thank you.
Edit: taking out my rant bc I don’t wanna get into it. The "concerned" response is just a red flag of ignorance

He said only that it was shaped like a malt liquor bottle, not that this was why it was controversial. Re-read the sentence. The phrase "which is shaped like a malt liquor bottle" set off by commas could mean that is what the outrage is about or just that this was something they threw into the sentence for purely descriptive purposes.
I frankly assumed that the issue had to do with plastic and its environmental impact. The reason being that this is a more rational concern than worrying over the shape of a bottle. Turned out after reading the article that it really was stupid faux outrage over a bottle shape.
this is exactly what I was going to post. Just put sugary sludge in those bottles and it's the same issue. I don't see how people don't understand the concern about this.
Yeah, easily, especially on the days I workout. I probably drink close to that just while lifting.Out of curiosity, anyone here drink 80 ounces of water per day?
Just another example of modern liberals being upset about anything that reflects their own failures.

The argument there was that kids would eat the candy cigs and this would make them want to smoke as adults. I don't think that sort of logic really applies to water bottles shaped like malt liquor bottles. If anything, the better argument is that it may go the other way.
