if you still have the otiSLI, then you're more than set for C&C3... im running it well on a sempron 2800+OCed, 1gig of ram, and an X850XT

I don't like this game because the vehicles look cheesy as hell. And the infantry textures and models look crap as hell. The explosions are nice, but thats about it. the Building mechanic is alright I guess, and the base building feels C&Cy, but some of the other stuff feels tacked.

Dune II on the Sega Genesis was the dogs balls back in the day.

Man...I used to have C&C Tiberian Dawn for the N64...

It was lame since it didn't have any full motion videos / live action sequences but nevertheless, it was still fun!

I had a ton o fun with RA1 on the playstation. Multiplayer was hard to set up but it was hella fun.

no that went ages ago, and before that i actually chucked SLi and went with a X1900XTX, i just cant be arsed to change my sig.

currenty have a 3rd hand 2.4Ghz northwood, 9500pro, onboard sound and 768Mb of PC800 RDRAM. booyaa. its mated to this 20inch dell so i can forget most worthwhile games at 1680x1050. i guess this would run in 800x600 maybe , but honestly ive been used to 1280x1024 + with max settings for too long

The demo version of any game uses compressed low q textures to save space. Try playing UT2k4 or 2k6 demos and see the difference for yourself.

And I can't play the demo because it says im missing a .dll file. Hmk.

For those that dont know (i dunno if this has been posted already) but you can play as NOD in the demo or set the AI to GDI or try out the different AI types by doing this:

As as you select nod in the drop down menu (its greyed out i know but do it anyways) push the "N" key. Just keep hammering the "N" key and click on nod. Do this with other things except if its setting the AI to GDI push "G" because GDI starts with G and nod starts with N, see? Same rule applies with the different AI types.

Scrin dosent work though you start with 0 units and die after a few seconds.

Also for those that may be interested, theres a major spoiler in the .BIG file. I dont know what it is... i dont want to know.... but somone said there is one, just in case your extra curious or nosey.

Repost for the NOD part but not a repost on the spoilers part! Thanks!

BTW, which .BIG file should I be looking at?
