So nehalem256 if you shake my hand is that giving me consent to fist you because they are the same? I'm hoping to clarify this question so if I ever do volunteer work at a psych ward and come across you I'll know what is acceptable.

I think it would better to shove a couple of fingers up his ass and then shove them up his nose. As there's nothing fundamentally different between the two.

Every time I think this forum has hit rock bottom, I'm proven wrong.

Truly sickening thread, as usual led by the resident moron-troll-misogynist.

I'm just hoping he never participates in track and field. Can you imagine the surprise of his relay partner after screaming "pass me the baton".

I promise to use anesthetic, so you'll never feel a thing. I'll put the scar where your hair will grow back to cover it, so there's no permanent damage.

See the difference?

See the permanent harm?

Also note that cutting someone's head open even with consent is a big deal.

I don't understand why you think you can continue to misrepresent what I wrote, as if no one will notice.

I have misrepresented nothing. I even made a handy chart. You simply cannot explain what the difference is.

If sexual activity in general is not a big deal. Why is it suddenly a big deal because it is non-consensual?

Then explain to me the intent behind both acts, and why YOU think those boys opted to touch her vagina instead of her nose.

The intent is the same. To humiliate her. Although by being blackout drunk she did a pretty good job of that herself.

fingering somebody's nose without consent is assault. It is still a big deal, just a different big deal.

If a bunch of drunk teenagers had stuck their fingers up the girls nose nothing would have happened to them.

How are you so sure of the hard caused by being sexually assaulted?

For the same reason I am sure that sticking your finger up someones nose doesn't harm them.

Is my hand a bodily orifice? :hmm:

This is just sick, and it makes me even angrier when I think those boys got off so light for what they did. In the texts they knew they did wrong, and find it all just one big joke. Then they try to lie and are telling each other to get rid of pictures and video. Clearly they should be in prison, not juvy jail.

I can't believe people are blaming this poor girl and threatening her. What the fuck is wrong with people? Seriously makes me sick..

Nehalem is in full meltdown in this thread.

Hey guy, I think you should show your girlfriend that you claim to have this thread and see what she thinks. (for the record, I find it highly unlikely you have one, but still)

Because we revere individual choice in this country - or some of us do.

The intent is the same. To humiliate her. Although by being blackout drunk she did a pretty good job of that herself.

No, they weren't interested in humiliating her. They could have done that in a way that didn't land their dumb asses in jail.

They were interested in sexual gratification. That's why the one kid was texting that he should have screwed her, since that's what he was being accused of anyway.

Hey guys, losing $20 isn't a big deal so why does it matter when someone forcibly takes $20 from you?

From that txt log:
Pretty clear.

This is quite telling as well.

Farrah Marcino to Trent Mays:
What about u f***ing her in the a**?

Trent Mays:
?

Farrah Marcino:
That’s what the picture is of

Trent Mays:
The only pic I have is her laying on the couch

Farrah Marcino:
Everyone was looking at the pics at Jake’s.

Trent Mays:
Neither of those happened. I wanna see those.

Farrah Marcino:
Don’t lie. I was at Jake’s house.

Trent Mays:
If you saw them, you lied.

Farrah Marcino:
Don’t lie to me. I saw the pictures at Jake’s. They were showing them all around.

actually i did

Likely as the human species attempted monogamy some 18,000 years ago it started to become more unacceptable for non mates to touch a females reproductive parts.

Yeah a huge chunk of our laws are not based on what women want but what men want. Thats probably the only reason they are enforced at all.

Because we revere individual choice in this country - or some of us do.

Which does nothing to explain why violating this individual choice is considered to be so much more severe than any other.

That is the question I keep asking. And no one can come up with an answer to it beyond puritanical sexual morals that society has rejected over the last 50 years.

No, they weren't interested in humiliating her. They could have done that in a way that didn't land their dumb asses in jail.

They were interested in sexual gratification. That's why the one kid was texting that he should have screwed her, since that's what he was being accused of anyway.

So if it was about sexual gratification why didn't he screw her? :hmm:

nehalem256, lead by example and perform two simple tasks, then let us know the results.

Go to the mall that's the closest to where you live. Finger a random lady's nose and then finger her vagina to see which offends her the most.
