Even still, I highly doubt Clemens would be pardoned by Bush before a trial. Clemens #1 concern is protecting his image and entering the Hall of Fame. In the eyes of the public, a pardon is equal to a conviction, and his image would be destroyed forever and he would never get past the sportswriter voting.

McGwire is likely never going to the Hall, thus we'd have to believe a pardoned Clemens would have no chance either.

Clemens has repeatedly denied being at Canseco's house for that event. But a young man has a photo of Clemens at the party, according to the Daily News. The man was just 11 years old at the time of the party, taking photos of various baseball players in attendance.

:laugh: What a moron! I like how he provided a ten year old golf course receipt showing that he wasn't at the party. Too bad, Canseco's house is on the golf course and bullshit Clemens would have to pay for a game of golf and actually hold onto the receipt for it.
