WELL DONE! Inarguable proof!!

LOL! That's a good one :p

don't like differing opinions, eh?

typical

No, I was TRYING to avoid a flamewar. And once again, why don't you just lay off, dude?

There's no avoiding a flamewar in most any religious thread here on AT. That's a fact.

Another fact is that you are annoying and it's so easy to push your buttons.

Take your own advice and go back to GH and Networking. Or was that like an Alec Baldwin/Barbra Streisand promise?

whatever

"The New Field of Applied Creation Science: Creation Technology
(3/29/2003) Creation Science has come far enough in the last decade that researchers feel confident that they can make new organisms from scratch on a created-to-order basis. Using the Creation Science theoretical frameworks of Specified Complexity, Design, and Purpose, Creation Engineers will be able to piece together useful organisms one DNA letter at a time. This does pose a moral problem, though. As Creation Technology moves out of the control of God-fearing Christians and into the hands of the Secularists (or even worse, cults and Atheists), the lack of moral guidence in the latter could lead to the technology being used to play God instead of carrying out His Will. As Christians, we have a divine duty to assert our authority on God's behalf to keep this technology -- which we have brought to the attention of the Secularists -- from being misused. We wouldn't want them creating organisms with low temporal lobe sensitivity out of some misguided attempt to populate the world with Richard Dawkinses. "

Oh my...those heathen Atheists!

I'm Christian and don't believe in the Big Bang.

I have nothing wrong with science, just don't believe in all of it.

I (probably obviously) haven't researched the Big Bang too much. I don't understand how matter can come from an explosion of nothing...and how did the explosion happen? Where did it come from?

I honestly think it takes more faith to believe in the Big Bang then to believe in the Bible.

Well...

they link to this bill in Washington State

"(8) The legislature finds that the teaching of the theory of
evolution in the common schools of the state of Washington is repugnant
to the principles of the Declaration of Independence and thereby
unconstitutional and unlawful.
(9) All textbooks and curriculum that teach the theory of evolution
shall be removed from the public schools forthwith and replaced with
textbooks and curriculum that teach the self-evident truth of creation."

Because the Big Bang didn't come from "nothing". It came from a dense singularity...size unknown...or so the theory goes.

Ah, here's where MY Christian beliefs fit in. You ask "how did it happen, where did it come from?" my answer: God. Simple enough IMO.

Ok who created God then?

At some point the logic is unavoidable. "Something" came from "Nothing."

Yes, but one must ask "Where did that come from?" That's why I believe there has to be some being in another higher dimension that made it occur.

That stuff is a riot to believe; even the devout Christians gotta laugh at this:

"The Bible Says Creation" - Aaron Kent (grade 5)
Almost sounds like brainwashing, but okay it's just a kid.

"Pokemon Prove Evolutionism Is False" - Paul Sanborn (grade 4)
Too much TV.

2nd Place: "Women Were Designed For Homemaking"
Ouch, I will the women handle that one. . .

"Dinosaur & Man Walked Together" - Donny Findlay (grade 6)
Mr. Findlay's research proves that all of the archeologists, paleotologists, biologists are all part of a government conspiracy. Of course, unless you include alligators/crocodiles/birds into the dinosaur group.

Every single one of those are jokes.
Hope they don't decide to study real science in college.

The inclusion of a "Ruby Matrimony Thong" on this page, the "Christian Store", would seem to confirm this site as a parody. Damn, I was kinda hoping it was for real...

Edit: Second to last row of apparel. Sinful, isn't it?

I went to the root site, and I read this:

"The Internet was created by the United States of America - a Christian nation [ref. 1, 2, 3] - and should not be used to spread anti-Christian, secular, or non-Christian propaganda and hatespeech. This is our Internet, and we should exercise our position as its owners and as the guardians of civilization to stop its misuse."

That's when you realize this site is a joke. I can't believe most of you are really believing these things. Just look at some of the photo captions...

Then both our theories are flawed and we shouldn't be here. Where did your gases and matter come from? Where did God come from?

Good questions but I don't believe either is blessed with an answer.

I know where you're coming from. I don't condemn athiests. I believe that it doesn't really matter and that we should all just share knowledge so we can know the Truth.

god, sooo much stupid :

Patricia Lewis (grade 8) did an experiment to see if life can evolve from non-life. Patricia placed all the non-living ingredients of life - carbon (a charcoal briquet), purified water, and assorted minerals (a multi-vitamin) - into a sealed glass jar. The jar was left undisturbed, being exposed only to sunlight, for three weeks. (Patricia also prayed to God not to do anything miraculous during the course of the experiment, so as not to disqualify the findings.) No life evolved. This shows that life cannot come from non-life through natural processes.

where is the lighting? or was the jar hit with a comet? these people should be killed for stupidity and their teachers should e killed for propoganda
