I'm just amazed at QueBert maintaining such a frothy frenzy in this thread. How can anyone be so worked up because a company is owned by a Christian?
I've never given it a second thought that they were Christian, which I knew. Loving and socially tolerant Christians are fine, fine people with whom I have zero problem. Jesus was about acceptance and inclusion. He was an activist liberal progressive, you know.
It's the dark, angry, cramped, ugly, old-testatment based hypocrite haterz that can go fuck themselves, imho.
So, if true, I am sad that the owner gives to Focus on the Family, which is an intolerant, gay-bashing, right-wing political action group. I hope he doesn't give a major amount.
From everything I know, I don't think Focus is the owners' major, errr, focus. It seems he is more a humble,
true Christian in my eyes.
CFA is at the apex of fast food restaurants of its type for quality of food and quality of service. The extra expense is well worth it. I will continue to eat there when the mood and opportunity strikes, which is not often, as I am not a big fast food guy of any type.
