Ok, so you're paying at least 60¢ too much, and that's assuming the sandwich is twice as good as a McChicken which is highly debatable. Also, you're getting thoroughly reamed on the fries and drink. The fries are 5¢ worth of potatoes, and the cup costs more than the drink does in that quantity, and neither are anything special.
i very much doubt their drink or fry prices are out of line with any other fast food. outside of special promos like mcdonalds $1 drink, a 20oz drink is going to run you $1.50+, a 32 oz drink is going to be $1.80+. a large fry is going to be $2.00+. you're complaining about things that all fast food does.
the sandwich is easily twice as good as the mcchicken, which is a gross mechanically pressed piece of mayo slathered chicken assholes. chik-fil-a is an actual piece of chicken. if you want to compare it to something at mcdonalds the comparison is with the southern style chicken sandwich, which is directly aimed at chik fil a (and is apparently more expensive).
