Cheese is so good....

Cheddar. I like colby, colby jack, any kind of cheddar, mozzarella, rigotta, and i guess that's about it. The standard ones.
 
I can't choose a favorite. Cheese is like wine, since different cheeses go so well with different foods. I like Cheddar (sharp is bets, IMO), Mozzarella, Provalone, Swiss, Blue, Parmesan, Colby, Pepper Jack.....
 
Gotta love a good nutty swiss cheese. Low-moisture for melts/sandwiches and creamy gooey for straight-up eatin'.

Super-gushy chevre is the best. Mmm....

I'm not usually a spelling nazi, but this is important, dammit!!

And my favourite is probably Gouda, or maybe a really nice parmesean or asiago.
