Is velveeta even cheese? I think Cheese wiz is more cheese than Velveeta.

Goat cheese, moldy on the outside but creamy and mild on the inside on a fresh baguette.

Blue cheese, a nice English stilton on warm crusty bread is just amazing.

Brie, on crackers.

Oh man, my mouth is watering like crazy!

Edit: Where's the Boursin option? Either Garlic and Chive, or Black pepper, it's so delicious.

What is real American cheese? When I think of American cheese I think of Kraft singles. It's not real cheese, it's congealed fat with artificial flavor.

Real American cheese is mostly cheddar cheese, usually a mild/medium variety, that is processed to extend shelf life.

Kraft makes both kinds, their real american cheese is packaged as deluxe and the slices are not individually wrapped.

The individually wrapped stuff is called cheese food, or something, because it doesn't have enough cheese in it to legally be called cheese.
