Anything but those stank-ass cheese singles. It's more like plastic, although I can deal with the stuff for things like grilled cheeses. Otherwise, any slice of cheese (cept rank stuff like limburger) is good in my book!

fresh mozzarella, sliced thin put on top of some sliced red tomatoes, and dress with a fine balsamic and olive oil. either that or use fresh mozzarella in bruschetta...

American, but you got to buy the deluxe kind, not the kind that is wrapped individually. that stuff isn't real cheese.

Havarti is by far the best cheese, at my moms shop she gets cheese from almost any european country yo u can name, all different kinds, including, all the different kinds of Fetas, and whatnot, But my favourite of all of them would have to be Havarti, you all should try it

I like cheese alot, as a matter of fact I like many of the options in the poll. But I voted for cheddar, it's my overall favorite.

I always pick up a wax-covered wheel of it for the holidays! (Goes great with wine and gourmet crackers!)
