im sure its good. ON is a staple brand in the industry. I personally don't use it because I don't like the taste/consistency. back in the day they went to an "instantized" formula and I never cared for the texture.

I did use their procomplex formula. that tasted great, but has gotten to be high buck
 
pro complex has both whey and egg?

thought it was just whey and casein

might have to try that and mix it with milk for some casein

know anything about this protein powder or have you guys ever used it
 
I pick up 5lbs whenever something is on sale cheap. My last purchase was EAS for $32 shipped on Amazon. I start keeping an eye out when my current container is half gone.
