im sure its good. ON is a staple brand in the industry. I personally don't use it because I don't like the taste/consistency. back in the day they went to an "instantized" formula and I never cared for the texture.

I did use their procomplex formula. that tasted great, but has gotten to be high buck

thought it was just whey and casein

might have to try that and mix it with milk for some casein
