If I'm not using charcoal I might as well be cooking it in the oven.

That reminds me I still need to see if I can round up some nice apple wood chunks for the rib-smoking this weekend.

well, it tastes better, but it is a lot more toxic than propane.

It's been proven time and time again that steaks do indeed taste better cooked with propane. Double blind tastes tests.

Lump charcoal is great. just finding it is a pain.
