*Sigh* I guess I'll respond to the broken record one last time.

If any new taxes are levied on me, or my company, as our current President plans, I will have no choice but to reduce the size of this company. Rather than grow this company I will be forced to cut back. This means fewer jobs, less benefits and certainly less opportunity for everyone.

So, when you make your decision to vote, ask yourself, which candidate understands the economics of business ownership and who doesn't? Whose policies will endanger your job? Answer those questions and you should know who might be the one capable of protecting and saving your job.

Sorry the two statements simply don't equate. Also, he doesn't tell them which canidate to vote for. He tells them to make their own decisions based on answer to questions he says they should ask themselves. Its a very cordial way to go about it instead of a strong arm tactic. Very professional if you ask me.

It sounds like a great guy to work for. It has all the makings of a healthy relationship between management and workers.

Yes, it is however a great letter full of fact and truth to let his employees know just how much damage obama can cause to their own jobs and livelihood. Every business owner should send out something similar to every person who has a job - your future depends on ridding this country of obama...do the right thing for yourself, your family and your country.

A responsible businessman would make plans for either candidate being elected, do what he can to adapt if taxes are raised, and if jobs must be cut, you make an announcement then. You don't try to guilt or threaten your employees into voting only for the candidate you support.
