So I recently had my BP taken and thought it might be interesting to see how everyone else falls as far as normal goes.
My BP is 100 / 65 and my Pulses per Minute are 70. This was after a swimming class.
So, what are ways to further (healthly) lower my Pulses per minute and possibly my blood pressure (not really worried about it) My family has a history of low blood pressure, so I'm not too worried about it, but still I have had it lower in my life (90 / 60 I believe is my lowest).
As well, is this a good reflection of you current cardiovascular health, as well as overall health?
