Can anyone make a diagnosis of my ailment?

I went to a beach last week and swam in relatively cold water. Then I started coughing. They were occasional, dry, choppy coughs. Lately I've started coughing more -- not as occasional and not as choppy. My nose is slightly stuffed up, and I occasionally sneeze.

Today I went to a store to buy some medicine: cough lozenges and DayQuil/NyQuil against the flu/cold. The lozenges don't work -- I am coughing while sucking on it. Also, I have doubts that DayQuil/NyQuil will work, as I don't think I have the flu or the cold. The reason I don't think it's the flu or a cold is that only my coughing is strong -- all other symptoms are very weak. Usually when I am sick, my nose is running, I sneeze often, my nose is fully stuffed up, etc.

What do y'all think?

South Xiang Province Creeping Crud.

There is no cure.

You can clamp a scorpion to your left testicle while sucking on a Radish root...that MAY ease the pain.

Typically, you'll die of complications involving removal of the spleen thru your bellybutton. With tweezers.

This would be my guess. Take it easy, or it could get worse and turn into pneumonia.

tuberculosis, leprosy, bonitus, hahahah

Bronchitus, it's not life threatening but it can scar your lungs for life and it can progress into pnumonia like darilus suggested.

You guys suck. :p
Thanks for the bronchitis suggestion, though. I do have fatigue, but I do not have low-grade fever -- my temperature is 97.0 degrees F.

Not likely. Unless he's wheezing while he breathes it is probably not Bronchitis.

Go see your doctor dumbass. You're not going to get a decent diagnosis here.

Well, since most people here can't even spell bronchitis I'm going to go with my original recommendation and suggest that the OP go see a doctor. ;)
