The weather thing is a matter of opinion, I can't stand the weather in CA and much prefer the "diverse" weather we get in CO. All of the other "cons" for the state are fact - besides the rampant liberalism which would also be a matter of opinion. There is no way to look at earthquakes and the rest as a good thing.
