I have that same holster and i really like it it's very comfortable after it breaks in.If your an nra member you get a 10% discount.
My mistake i thought you got the holster

Ah nope, I don't have the holster - I do have the Minituck for a Ruger LCP, though.

😀

The target. The grouping was my first few shots when I paused a couple seconds, the rest when I blasted away.

Holster came today and I like it a lot.

Not bad then. I dont have any indoor ranges near me so I have to shoot snowballs.

I could shoot the squad car parked out back.....

Took my ccw class today. That was fun.

I have to admit that I saw two Taurus's fail. My Glock fired off 100 rounds flawlessly. All 100 on target with no issues.

I really want a laser grip

Some guns require a break-in if they're brand new. My Ruger P95 failed to eject two rounds out of 100 the first time I fired it. They were both Federal Champion 115gr FMJ. It fired 48 of those flawlessly, and 50 Winchester WB 115gr FMJ flawlessly too.

You made a good choice, OP. Glocks are reliable as hell. 9mm wouldn't be my first choice, but at least the ammo's cheap.

thanks!

The cheap ammo is what convinced me to get a 9mm. I pay $11 for 50 rounds of range ammo. .40 was $19. I didn't want the price of ammo to keep me from practicing. If I ever need to use it for self defense, I'm pretty sure that the Hornady Critical Defense will do a good enough job. That doesn't mean that I won't pick up a .40 later on either. That used G27 with the Crimson Grip is still at the gun store and talks to me every time I go in.

Damn, this thread makes me wanna buy another.

Do it. I'm picking up an sw1911 9mm this saturday. Almost picked up a sig p226 x-5 competition as well, but the 1911 ate up available funds. Selling my 44 mag desert eagle and I'm going to pick up 2 smith and wesson m&p 9mms for a "his and hers" setup.

I really like the looks of the m&p. One of the guys at my CCW class had one and it was nice!

Can someone please give some input on this:

I checked and it fits my holster no problem. This seems like a good price. Unless anyone knows where to get one used???

edit: screw it, I bought it. I even paid the extra $2 for 2nd day shipping!

I actually had an M&P before, but somehow it turned itself into a sig P226. I go through a lot of guns. 😀

Crimson trace is arguably the best laser you can get for guns.

I have a wraparound CT grips for my CZ P-01 for a bit but ended up selling them. They felt extremely uncomfortable to me when shooting. nit sure how these are since they don't wrap around.

I don't really think lasers are all that useful beyond training though. Helps you see how well you do when dry firing, like if you're flinching or moving around too much.

Yes, do it.

I bought myself a new 9mm last week. Beretta 90-Two, with a second surefire X300 light, and a few extra mags. Makes for a nice setup paired with my Cx4 carbine (Colonial Marine edition, with matching light and using the same mags.) -

Nice looking gun, adairusmc. I never understood Beretta's naming. 90-Two, 92. 😀

I have a 92FS, its sweet, accurite, not much recoil and easy to get back on target. One thing I learned is to keep it well oil.

just got my Crimson Trace!

It fits perfect both on the G26 and with my holster. Now I just want to wait 15 more days before I can apply for my CPL!

I got tired of the other thread, so I'll bump.

I ordered 2 things from Raven Concealment. I got the Phantom and the Vanguard. I like them both a lot. I am wearing the right now and its easily the most comfortable of all my holsters. The Vanguard is really nice and I plan on using it for summer carry, especially if I can drop a few pounds by then.

I do need a new belt. My Galco is still going strong but I want a nylon one for casual wear. I am thinking of the Crosstac. Anyone have one?
