Bush should stick to speaking from his heart, it works better...
My favorite line from him is still when he was standing on the mound of rubble of the WTC with the rescuers around him. He was talking into a bullhorn and reading a prepared speech.
One of the rescue workers said, "we can't hear you"
Bush dropped his prepared comments, pointed at the rescue worker and said, "I can hear you!". "I can hear you, the rest of the world hears you, and the people who knocked these buildings down are going to hear from all of us."
