No way, first of all it doesnt take that long to build up. Second of all, if we give him that much time to prepare we may seriously regret it. I say we hit them fast and hard tonight. Merciless. Bombing Baghdad to rubbles.

I don't for one minute think Bush actually wants war
lol...thats why we've been building up a force in the area for the last months...while the inspection we wanted was taking place.

Bush wants war, and he's basically just said he's getting it.

Where doesn't he want war? North Korea most likely, hence he's talking to them and not sending troops to the area.

There's a difference.

If they wanted us to know they didn't have anything they wouldn't have been breaking the UN resolutions for the past 12 years since the Gulf war.

They wouldn't hesitate to let the UN inspectors go whereever, whenever they wanted to go and look for WMD.

I guess you missed the news this week were a couple squadrons of b-1s and b-2s are being sent to SK. A carrier is also headed to SK as well. And there will also be an increased troop strengh as well.

Then why is he screaming for it every minute of every day?

Its his job to act in the best interest of the US and its citizens.

Saddam poses a threat, he wants to forcefully eliminate the threat because the peaceful way has been failing for the last 12 years. He is doing his duty as commander in chief.

The reason we don't attack NK is because they are so damn close to Seoul that they could destroy it before we could do anything. There is no other reason.

NK is hardly better equipped. They have larger forces, but they would be slaughted if they decided to invade SK.

You are right N. Korea is better equiped (not by much) but we would never drop a couple nukes, not even one... unless of course it was unavoidable action that needed to be taken because we were certain N. Korea was going to be using them on us.

I hope he does attack, I am sick of hearing idiotic anti-war protester and CNN's stupid Ad Campagin.
/end rant

As for the anti-war protesters, this war is about peace, freedom and oil. Its multitasking!

You. Both you and Chirac would not be happy unless you found a nuke, with a certificate of authenticity signed by Saddam himself

Too much info to read heh.

I'm assuming the summary is that they are better equiped then I previously thought?

If better equipped means they have large numbers of 40 year old tanks, then yes.

im still having a hard time believing they found such good evidence such as those trucks at certain sites, and as powell says, "they disappeared." heh heh, what liars. as usual, they are only telling us part of the truth. i guess the whole truth will come out in the end. but we'll feel duped again by the government, as we have with every other war since the spanish american war.

this has very little to wmd's or the welfare of the iraqi people, and more about getting revenge with saddam, and even more to do with oil.

wow, hasnt anyone read their u.s. history before? do you suddenly think that the u.s. government is going to stop lying just now?

im on the fence as to whether there should be war, but let's not fool ourselves into thinking we're going in there with the best of intentions (welfare of the iraqi people, security of the united states, my a$$).

I'm getting an alert on the CCN.com.

Breaking news:
State Department issues worldwide caution to Americans abroad, warning of heightened threat of terror attacks including possible use of chemical or biological agents. Details soon.
